INNOVATION HAPPY HOUR 2026: CONNECTING TECH – SHAPING THE FUTURE
On August 14, 2026, the Saigon Hi-Tech Park Incubation Center (SHTP-IC), in collaboration with Expara Vietnam and the Startup and Innovation Hub of Ho Chi Minh City (SIHUB), organized Innovation Happy Hour 2026: Connecting Tech – Shaping the Future.
The program brought together businesses, startups, investors, technology experts, and organizations supporting innovation, creating an open platform for networking, knowledge sharing, identifying collaboration opportunities, and promoting highly applicable technology initiatives.
Innovation Happy Hour 2026 featured several notable sessions:
– Keynote “Accelerator Stage 2016 vs 2026: What Has Changed, What Hasn’t”, looking back at the evolution of the startup ecosystem and accelerator programs over the past decade.
– HealthTech Innovation Session, focusing on market gaps, challenges, and opportunities for development in digital healthcare.
– AI Applications in Manufacturing Session, discussing the journey from research and development to technology deployment and commercialization.
– Networking and engagement activities, providing opportunities for members of the innovation ecosystem to connect, exchange ideas, and explore potential partnerships.
During the program, Dr. Nguyễn Vinh Dự, Director of the Saigon Hi-Tech Park Incubation Center, shared insights into the strategic cooperation between SHTP-IC and Expara, with a focus on connecting and mobilizing resources to contribute to building a stronger support ecosystem for Vietnamese startups.
