Overview
Intel® Vietnam AI Impact Festival 2026 is a collaborative initiative by the National Innovation Center (NIC), Saigon Hi-Tech Park (SHTP), Saigon Hi-Tech Park Incubation Center (SHTP-IC), and Intel Vietnam.
The festival aims to provide students with an opportunity to participate in the AI Changemakers Competition, showcase their AI innovations, compete, and win exciting prizes, while fostering a culture of innovation and AI-led problem-solving among students and youth.
The larger objective is to empower student innovators enabling them to harness AI for positive impact, cultivating innovation and social responsibility to drive inclusive growth and accelerate sustainable development.
The theme for Festival 2026 is ‘Enriching Lives with AI Innovation’.
PARTICIPANTS
Who can participate?
AI Changemakers (Junior Category)
- Students aged 13 to 17 years old.
- Currently studying in secondary school, high school, technical secondary school, or vocational school.
- Individual or a team of up to 3 students.
AI Changemakers (Senior Category)
- Students from 18 years old.
- Currently studying in pre-university, college, or university Individual or a team of up to 3 students.
Why participate?
Your participation could:
- Lead to recognition through awards and certificates.
- Provide a national platform to showcase your AI innovations.
- Open opportunities for mentorship from industry experts.
- Offer a chance to represent Vietnam at the Intel® AI Global Impact Festival 2026.
How to participate?
All Project submissions must follow the guidelines as mentioned below:
- Enter the AI Changemakers competition using submission forms.
- Ensure that the submission forms are complete (with video and consent forms attached), signed by the authorized person.
Each entry must have the following information to be considered as a complete entry:
- Project/Solution Title (maximum 10 words).
- Description of the Project/Solution (maximum 150 words).
- 2-minute video/vlog (refer video criteria in the submission form).
- Submissions must come from an active student (or team of up to 3 students) in a K-12 or higher education/vocational institution.

Entry submission
Students can submit entries by completing a Google Form. Click the “Submit Google Form” to start.

Entry Evaluation
Entries submitted will be evaluated based on the prescribed evaluation rubrics. Click “Discover More” for details.
Recognitions & Prizes
National-level recognition
The top three innovative AI solutions in each age category will be recognized as the Country Winners.
Opportunity
The top-ranked team in each category will have the opportunity to represent Vietnam at the Intel® AI Global Impact Festival 2026.
