JOB DESCRIPTION
Web architecture and development of stable web services for multiple platforms
Maintain strong, high-quality codebase, improve backend system performance.
Work with the Product team and Frontend team to build, test, and deploy features quickly.
Working on backend systems that require high availability, scalability, security, and maintenance.
Write high-quality, well-tested, clean, simple and maintainable code; building a common library; write documentation.
REQUEST
Backend development skills: have experience working with backend system written in NodeJS, Golang or C++.
Have database framework expertise with any kind of ORM.
Proven experience in database operation/structuring (SQL or NoSQL), storage, system analysis, load balancing…
Creative thinking and passion for backend and system development.
Have an innovative mindset and passion for mobile development.
Working with SCRUM/Agile Model
Having development skills is an advantage
Having English skills is an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION
Design and build advanced apps for Android and iOS (or Flutter) platforms.
Collaborate with the Product team to define, design, and operate new features.
Work with the Backend team, external data sources and APIs.
Fix bugs and improve application performance.
Discover, evaluate, and implement new features for the mobile platform to maximize development efficiency.
For senior level:
Lead the team using the most appropriate methods
Work closely with UI/UX team to build complex features and enhance user experience.
A guide to junior members to help them reach their fullest potential
Build a culture of good teamwork, humility, dedication and a sense of humour.
REQUEST
Mobile development skills: Native Android/iOS, Flutter or React Native.
App development: Application Lifecycle, basic UI layouts and elements, basic animation techniques.
Concurrency: Thread, Handler, AsyncTask, memory optimization and scheduling techniques.
Android Architecture: MVP, MVVM
Network: JSON, REST API.
Native: JNI, NDK (optional)

HARDWARE ENGINEER – IOT

JOB DESCRIPTION
Design and build prototype hardware for testing and integration with the Phenikaa MaaS platform.
Work with the Product team and the Backend team to build, design, and deploy IoT devices quickly, securely, and with scalability.
Work with manufacturers to produce IoT devices at scale.
For Senior level:
Instruct the team on technical best practices.
Mentoring team members, helping them reach their full potential.
Build a culture of good teamwork, humility, dedication and humour.
REQUEST
Meet at least 2 of the 4 main requirements below:
Hardware and IoT skills: Arduino, STM32.
Get used to the Altium board. Experience in designing and implementing large packages (from 500 – 1500 pieces) is a big plus.
Familiar with Solidword design. Being able to design mechanical machines is a big plus.
Having experience in Backend programming (NodeJS, Golang) is a big plus.
Understand hardware security.
Creative thinking and passion for IoT development.
Working with SCRUM / Agile model.
English skills are an advantage
For Senior level:
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with detailed understanding of IoT projects.
Meet all 4 main requirements above.
Dynamic, logical thinking and strong passion in building high quality products.
Good leadership and effective communication.
Good English skills.
