EQUIPPING THU DUC WARD’S COMMUNITY DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY TEAMS WITH DIGITAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND AI APPLICATIONS

On May 30, 2026, Thu Duc Ward People’s Committee, in collaboration with the Saigon Hi-Tech Park Incubation Center (SHTP-IC), organized a “Multimedia Communication Skills Training Program” for local officials, civil servants, and members of the Community Digital Technology Teams in the ward.

🎯The program focused on equipping participants with practical skills to enhance the effectiveness of information dissemination and communications in the context of digital transformation, including:

🤖 Applying AI to news and content writing: Learning how to craft effective prompts to create engaging communication content, optimize working time, and improve productivity;

📸 Mobile photography and videography: Experts from Ho Chi Minh City Television (HTV) directly shared practical techniques for taking photos and shooting videos with mobile devices, while guiding participants on framing, composition, and visual storytelling in line with professional communication standards;

🎬 Hands-on practice with digital and AI tools: Applying digital technologies and AI to create communication materials for local information dissemination and public communications.

🌱 Through this program, SHTP-IC aims to contribute to strengthening digital skills and grassroots communication capabilities, while enhancing the effectiveness of Community Digital Technology Teams. These efforts are expected to support the development of a more effective digital government and digital society, with stronger and more meaningful connections with local communities.
