CONFERENCE OF OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES 2026

On January 21, 2026, the Management of the High-Tech Business Incubator, in coordination with the Grassroots Trade Union, organized the Conference of Officials and Employees 2026.

At the Conference, participants focused on reviewing the results of task implementation in 2025; discussing and agreeing on orientations and key tasks for 2026; and considering and approving matters related to the implementation of the Resolution of the Conference of Officials and Employees, financial management and the internal expenditure regulations of the unit.

The Conference is an annual activity of significant importance, contributing to the promotion of the democratic rights of officials and employees, strengthening coordination between the Management and the Trade Union in building a democratic, cohesive, and effective working environment and moving toward the sustainable development of the High-Tech Business Incubator.
