VIETNAM TEAM TO COMPETE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THE FIDA INTERNATIONAL DRONE SOCCER WORLD CUP 2025
HCMC, September 15th, 2025 – Vietnam proudly set a historical milestone when firstime sending Dronesoccer team to join the FIDA International DroneSoccer World Cup 2025 competition. This competition is going to be organized at Jeonju, Korea from Sept 24 – Sept 27. Over 2000 pilots from 34 nations are going to join in this Big Prize, …featuring leading tech giants like South Korea, China, the US, and Japan.
On June 12, 2025, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 1131/QD-TTg, officially adding Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) to the list of strategic technologies and products, with a special priority in Education and Training. This decision creates a significant opportunity to promote drone-related activities and establishes a foundation for the development of Drone Soccer in Vietnam
