MIDEAS with the HANA Chatbot – Smart Assistant (HANA) project has renewed the online business market in Vietnam. HANA can easily coordinate chatbots and employees to create a marketing and vending process for businesses. To be more specific, businesses can centrally manage customer information, nurture and take care of customers completely automatically, bringing a better experience.
